Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At FindAssign.com, we strive to create a transparent, reliable, and fair experience for both clients and freelancers. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please review our policy below for refunds and cancellations. Cancellations Before Work Begins: A project can be canceled anytime before the freelancer has started work. In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued. After Work Begins: Cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A partial refund (typically 30% to 70%) may be issued depending on the stage of project progress. Completed Projects: Once a project is marked as completed and approved, refunds are not applicable. Refund Timeline Refunds, if approved, are processed within 3 to 12 business days via the original payment method. In exceptional or disputed cases, processing may take up to 30-45 business days.
